Join the Executive Chef from Sage Hotel Wollongong as he teaches tips, tricks and techniques in their culinary classes.
Saturday June 3: Wine Appreciation and Australian Cheeses for the Novice (Demonstration). This class will broaden your knowledge of wine types and cheese varieties, and most importantly how they can be paired together. Learn pairings in detail and how to match wine and cheese.
Saturday September 9: Foodies Travel Tour to Sydney – Meet at Sage Hotel Wollongong for a bus trip up to Sydney for a gastronomic adventure. The day will include visiting gourmet markets and the Alexandria Food and Coffee Hub, arriving back at Sage Wollongong. Includes lunch.
Saturday December 10: Christmas Made Easy and Gingerbread House Creations (Hands On and Demonstration). The Chefs will show you how to organise, purchase and execute a stress free Christmas lunch for the tribe. Learn to cook roasts, stuff the turkey, glazed hams, delicious side dishes and amazing Christmas desserts. You’ll also get the opportunity to create a Gingerbread House.
